By accessing or using Clear Path ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Clear Path.
Clear Path is a decision-support tool designed to help users pause, reflect, and consider safer next steps during difficult interpersonal situations. The app provides guidance across categories including work conflicts, romantic relationships, friends and family, parenting, and divorce.
Clear Path is not any of the following:

Clear Path offers an optional Live Expert Review feature where a licensed professional reviews your submission and provides a single, written response.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Clear Path reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use Clear Path to:
Certain features of Clear Path require payment. All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
All content, design, text, and features of Clear Path are the property of Clear Path and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.
You retain ownership of the information you submit through Clear Path. By submitting content, you grant Clear Path a limited license to process your submission in order to provide the service (including generating guidance and facilitating human review). We will not share your submissions publicly or sell them to third parties.
Clear Path is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Clear Path does not guarantee specific outcomes from using the service. You acknowledge that any actions you take based on guidance from the app are your own responsibility.
The guidance provided by Clear Path — including both automated responses and Live Expert Review — is for informational and decision-support purposes only. It should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for matters requiring clinical or legal expertise.
You may stop using Clear Path at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support@clearpathapp.app. Clear Path reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Clear Path operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
